Entry fee is $20 per animal. There is no limit to the number of trophies you may enter.
Attach a copy of this form for additional entries.
Hunters entering trophies in the competition will need to
have their trophies at
Liberty Hall in Kimberly, WI by 2:00pm on Friday 2/18/2011
and will have to
remove their trophies Saturday evening 2/19/2011.
